Pink Wallpaper

Good Morning All,
I am reposting this to participate with Chari and Sunday Favorites, posts from the past.
This is a picture I found at an antique store. It is in our bedroom, in the cottage, at the Inn.
It touched my heart, as I have a son and daughter, too. I love the time period of the picture, too, as it looks to be a young Mother from the 1920's.

  7. I have never seen that picture before. It's lovely!
I am going to wall paper my hallway soon. I went ahead and painted it for now, but wallpaper is in the works. I love it. For me it never goes out of style. Never!

I just wanted to tell you also that my new bike is also a Schwinn beach cruiser. Name of it is "Legacy." I love the colors on it. I could NOT believe how many gorgeous, though expensive bike there were out there, with roses all over them..Hawaiian prints, lined baskets...just lovely. For about $500 to $600 of course. This one will do fine. :)
    Thanks for your sweet comment!

  9. I always wonder about the pictures in antique stores. Who the people were? Why no family member has the photos? Makes me want to find them.

Welcome to Sunday Favorites, my friend! I'm always just tickled pink to have new participants...and to meet new bloggers!

I just love this vintage picture! The mother standing at the window with her two children...maybe they're watching for Dad to come home? It really is sweet and it looks fabulous against that beautiful pink rose wallpaper! Thank you so much for sharing it with us today for Sunday Favorites!!!

It was a pleasure meeting you, Robin! I hope that you'll join us again for Sunday Favorites!

    Warmest wishes,
