Sometimes You Just Need Alittle Comfort Food!

Good Evening All,
Hope you are all having a good weekend. Just returned from an early dinner with son and daughter, so it has been a good day for me! Hubby is across the big pond and a business trip, so it was just the three of us. We went to a fav mexican restaurant, but for lunch this is what I whipped up, so this has been the one day of eating what I felt like, which most of the time, I eat what is good for me :), not just what is GOOD! Fried potatoes and onions, just starting to cook...
Yip, they're done, perfect!

End result, threw some fish in the oven and some cottage cheese and a glass of tea with lemon. Tomorrow, back to the spinach salads, fruits, nuts, and cheese :)

  3. ummm..onions and potatoes are some of my favorite!!
So so glad the biscuits turned out good for you. I think most folks get their dough too stiff and dry..this recipe nearly always is good if you just watch your dough.
So glad you liked them...think we will have some tonight with....ONIONS AND POTATOES!! :)))

  6. MMMMMMMmmmmmm! I can just smell them all the way over here! I LOVE fried potatoes. I would not have needed the rest of the dinner. Now you made me hungry.

  7. I loved when my mom used to make the fried potatoes and onions in an old skillet. She'd get them really brown. It's been a very long time since I've had this. Maybe I should try making it myself soon.
