Some Red and some vintage!

Good Morning All,
Last weekend my daughter and I attended a local festival and this is what I found. I had been wanting a vintage sifter and when I spotted this one, it was perfect! I love the red handle...

The inside is in great, clean shape...
I am linking up with Sue over at It's a Very Cherry World and Rednesday and Suzanne over at Coloradolady and Vintage Thingie Thursday.

  4. This is darling, Robin. I have seen sifters that are just too dirty to use...and why have one just hanging around. Love the pretty flowers on it!

  5. You scored there Robin! I love old sifters and would give anything to have kept my Nana's old one. I've seen a few around for a good price and this Sunday we're heading to the monthly Flea Market not far from us so will see if I can find one I can't live without. I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

  9. That's such a cute sifter, especially with the red handle! I must confess that I have a slight obsession with those. I have way too many and not enough space to display them!
    Happy REDnesday!

  17. What a lucky find! It suits your sweet kitchen - which I just think is the prettiest! I love white kitchens, and I am so happy that my dear husband painted my cabinets white, too. Everything looks so bright, don't you think! Happy Rednesday - Patti

  25. I love this old sifter. I have had a lot of them over the years but not like this one..love it..

Regarding the young drunk guy..I have grandsons about his age and a couple of them are having a hard time right now...nothing like THIS boy, but sometimes, young ones just have trouble getting set in this ole world...they ALL need breaks along the way. This one SAYS he'd never been drunk before...or in jail for two days before. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt...

  28. Your vintage sifter is a good find. I bought a new one at the hardware store - what a piece of junk. Even if it just sits around and looks cute it will be worth it. I use my grandmas's and I love it!
