It's Gonna Get Ugly Before It Gets Better...

Hi All,
It's been busy around here...
Remember this scene at my kitchen door, earlier this summer???

Or my flower bed along the drive???

Hmmm, look at it now! Yes, our building on process has begun! Yippee!!! The trellis is down and moved to the back flower bed. Can you say "recycle?"

Gas meter has been moved, as it would have been in the way of the new foundation... The digging will start Monday

Oh yes, and there is a huge whole running through my flower bed, complete with crime scene tape :) Hope the "pretty" will be back some day soon :)

  6. I love the "Crime Scene" tape! What exciting days to come. When the framing goes up make sure to write a little love notes to your cottage on the supports. The sheet rock will cover them up, but you will know they are there.

    Lots of love and hugs,
    Susan and Bentley

I can't wait to watch the whole process so keep your camera by your side and take photos of EVERYthing. You'll have great blogging fodder for awhile. :))

Your new floors are really pretty and your bathroom looks great. I love the wall paper. I just made kitchen curtains out of all most the same pattern just more muted of a print.
