Bridal Shower

Hi All,
I  have been away for a few days visiting relatives, and attending a bridal shower, while there. My closest family lives in a suburb of Chicago. My cousin's son is getting married in Sept, so I went up for the bridal shower. Thought I would share some pics of some family fun, shower and a few of my cousin's home...
A nice lunch on Friday with my two cousins and family...
 My cousins, Susan and Sara...
Their daughters, Caitlin, Courtney and Anna...
At the shower with cousins Terri, Susan and Terri's daughter, Melissa expecting twins!
We sat out here to eat the delicious food, all made by my cousin Susan's friends...
They also made the table decorations...
 The beautiful cake...
My cousin's friends, who put on the shower, and the future bride and groom...
Bride to be, opening the gifts...
One of the hostesses with me and cousin Susan(Mother of the Groom)
On to Susan's lovely home, my bedroom...
These were taken with the Iphone, so sorry for the poor quality, but here is little Cocoa on top of the chair in the Family Room...
 Breakfast room...
 View of the kitchen...
Looking from the kitchen, into the family room...
Hope you enjoyed sharing my fun family trip with me!

  11. Beautiful family! It's wonderful that you could be there at this special time. Your cousin's home is lovely. Cute idea for all the hostesses to wear matching aprons, and to have one for the groom, Mr. Cook. ;-)

  13. Ah! Beautiful cake, everybody looks really good out here. Congratulations to the bride. I would love to see the wedding photographs as well. I am finding some good and beautiful wedding venues because I organize exhibitions and I keep looking for new and nice venues for that.
