A couple of pictures of the downstairs bedroom. I painted it about 12 yrs ago and still love the color, so I haven't changed it. The curtains are Waverly. I have a comforter of the same pattern, but use it only when we have company. I am assuming you have figured out why??? Yes, Cocoa likes to take his nappies here! Sweet Cocoa...

I was late for Pink Saturday over at How Sweet The Sound, but will post for next time.
Our Rosie used to be able to nap on our bed, but she is too old to make the jump up now. I am so happy to be able to have a pretty comforter on the bed all the time now!
ReplyDeletelove it. it looks cozy and love the way the wooden dresser pops off the warm background.
ReplyDeleteAwww Cocoa looks so comfy in there! I love that dresser and mirror. The photo is priceless!
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing us your bedroom! It is so lovely! I understand why Cocoa likes to take his nappies there. Have a great Saturday! xo

I always enjoy it when you put in an older photo! What a blessing to have these! I am enjoying my green kitchen! YOU inspired me!
ReplyDeleteI love that color in your bedroom and that is one of my all time favorite waverly fabrics. I slip covered a sofa in it at one time! I think I still have enough left for a pillow or two...I'll have to take a look. Great pictures. Blessings, Patty
ReplyDeleteIf our pets only knew how much we adjust our lives to accomodate them! LOL! Love that color too, I can see why you wanted to keep it! Very pretty room!
ReplyDeleteLove your confy cozy looking room! Your kitty sure looks comfy too. I let our dog cuddle up on occasion on our bed...she is black though, and sheds a lot so it really has to be on occasion:)

Cocoa looks way too comfy. I think he's claimed this room for his own. The bedroom looks so pretty, and I'm also loving that glimpse into the bathroom - that wallpaper looks charming. You are really getting settled back in quickly. I know you are having fun. laurie
ReplyDeleteCute bedroom, Robin. I say stay with a color that you love. My bedroom was green for 13 years.
