San Francisco Part 1

Hi All,
We were in San Francisco last week for my husband's boss' retirement party. My hubby planned the whole trip for all of u,s and it was so much fun!
I am jumping all around with pictures, but first stop was Alcatraz...

The ferry ride over to Alcatraz Island.  Hubby on the left and his boss on the right...

Dan on the Hyde Street Pier...
Beautiful Lombard Street.  The crooked street...

At the bottom of Lombard Street...
You know how I loved the old show McMillan and Wife with Rock Hudson and Susan St. James.  We hunted down the house they used for the exterior shot of the McMillan's home.  It is atop Russian Hill.  That is me and the trash cans!

Back and Alcatraz I found three criminals behind bars, hubby, the boss and the sales manager for the company...  Oh my!
The Administration building for Alcatraz...
The whole gang for a lovely lunch on Pier 39...
Part 2 will be our tour of Napa and Sonoma valleys.  Stay tuned!

  5. Hi Robin,
We visit SF often...my husband was born and raised in SF, can you believe he learned to drive there and had a paper route as a kid. It scares me to death to dive the city.
Enjoy your trip there is so many fun and beautiful things to see and do.
    Have a sweet day, Elizabeth
