Happy Birthday, Mary!

Hi All,
A beautiful snow fell overnight.  I love the new snow.  I also want to wish my girl Mary Tyler Moore a happy 76th birthday!

    I always drooled over Mary's apartment. Even though I was a little girl, I knew that apartment was one I would love to have when I grew up! I was also in love with Mary's sense of style and grace. Happy Birthday Mary! What a fun post-I am smiling as I type (really :-)

    76? How can that be??? I'm still watching Mary on the Dick Van Dyke Show and in my mind she will never be a day over 30! We have snow too, but not quite as much as you do. Lots up in the mountains though. Your snow covered garden is absolutely magical!!

    When I was young Mary Tyler Moore was my idol. I watched all the shows and wanted so much to live in an apartment like hers. Do you think it was the same set used for Danny Thomas show?
