This is the time of year that I find it hard to put together a post. After winter, before the warmth has arrived. It has been chilly here for so long. I think we are all waiting for that outdoor weather. I know when my roses start to bloom, I will find outdoor inspiration again! For now, I will share some previous outdoor scenes around my house...
Happy Weekend to all!

I do understand where you are coming from. I am a Florida girl, currently living in the mountain Northwest (Boise, Idaho). From about October to May is difficult for me every single year, and not just because of the cold, but because of the lack of vegetation.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, we are all on the downside of winter now. While it may not be super-warm yet, at least (knock on wood), the snows and below-freezing temps are behind us.
Your flowers are beautiful! I look forward to seeing this year's garden.
I always enjoy seeing your pretty roses. Maybe it won't be too long until they are blooming again.

Hi Robin,
ReplyDeleteVisiting via Sherry's party and just want to say how very pretty your deck is! Everything looks so fresh and sweet, as if it just rained. Love the colour combinations you chose for your flower beds! How lucky you are to be surrounded by such charm!
Poppy :)
The roses and the blooming tree in the background are gorgeous. Hope you get in the outdoor groove soon!

I am visiting via the Open House Party. When I saw your yard with no fences between houses, it made me curious where you live. When we visited Minnesota, that was one of the first things we noticed - open, friendly yards.
ReplyDeleteI love your porch and flowers! I am so jealous!! I am a new follower from southern charm! I would love for you to check out my blog and hopefully you will want to follow me back! Happy weekend, Nicole!
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting from Tracie's garden party and love the oven you have, never seen one like it.
ReplyDeleteThe porch looks cozy and I can imagine sitting on the rocking chair on a summer day, book in hand and sweet tea by my side. Perhaps roses scenting the air.
Your patio is so inviting and those roses are so gorgeous! no roses blooming yet here at Fishtail Cottage so appreciate you sharing yours! thanks so much for linking up to the garden party over here ~ hope to see you again this week! xoxo, tracie
