I was asked by my sweet friend, Susan of Ash Tree Cottage to participate in Touring on Blogland. Since I would do anything for her, I will give it a shot! You are to answer 4 questions about your blog, then tag three other bloggers to do the same. Susan and I started our blogs about the same time and became fast friends, and we had "adopted" each other as sisters. You see, we are both only children, but that is not where the similarities stop. We love our families, our pets, have many of the same items in our home, love old movies and are very nostalgic. Give us some Mary Tyler or That Girl and we are in heaven. My "sister" is also a Christian and I am, too. Classy gal, that sister of mine! Ok, on with the the tour!
I thought maybe you would like to see some of the critters, hanging around the yard. I love frogs, and here are two. One even plays tennis! |

And again, our beloved Daisy dog is flying with the angels. A stone piece pays tribute to her, under and rose climber. On to the questions: 1. What am I working on right now? To be honest, I will let you all know that my husband has been diagnosed with tonsil cancer. We are in week 5 of treatment. Prognosis is good and that is where my full attention and devotion is, to getting him well! Prayers always appreciated. 2. How does my work differ from others? I don't really think about the differences, I just write what I feel like. Hopefully, it is something you all enjoy. 3. Why Do I Write/Create What I Do? I just write whatever I feel like showing to you, on that given day. 4. How Does My Writing Process Work? Normally, due to time limitations, it is pretty much the same. Picture and description. There are so many great writers out there and I applaud you. I am hoping someday to become better at that! I am passing on the torch to... Prayers and positive thoughts for your husband's cancer. I know of two others that have had cancer in their tonsils and they are doing well. I think it's such a strange cancer.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Debby...
DeleteLove and prayers for you and your beloved! Oh, is there a time thing on the blog tour? I think you were one of my very first followers!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Linda!
DeleteRobin, I am laughing. Somewhere along the way I thought that you and Susan were real blood born sisters. Cute, that you are that close! Definite prayers for your dear husband! That's where your attention needs to be. I enjoyed your garden critters and learning a little more about you! Both Ann and bj are dolls, but I am not familiar with Linda. Will have to get acquainted. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
