Hi Again,
I am linking up this post with Cindy and My Romantic Home for Show and Tell Friday. I just came back from working in the yard at the Cape house, so I thought we should take a walk through the yard. Not too much blooming yet, but it is all ready to explode!
Down the way you will see reasons 1&2 Heeley and Hurley, why I will have to do some interior work before I can take pictures of the inside. Reason 3 (my son) is working at his job at the golf course. He really is an employee there behind the desk in the clubhouse, among other tasks. He and his dogs are moving in mid-June.
I have included a couple more snippets of the last wallpaper that was added to one of the upstairs bedrooms, so I will just let you browse. :)

I love the little picket fences! I so wanted something like that in my yard. I should have thought of just using a small bit, as you have!

Just love your cottage style gardens, looking forward to seeing it all pop!
ReplyDeleteEverything is absolutely and perfectly charming! Love it all--inside and out!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a wonderful night!
I LOVE the white fence! We SO need a new one in our back yard! The neighbor behind us (behind our gazebo) put up a beautiful white vinyl fence....and we enjoy the portion of that which we share!
ReplyDeleteThanks all for you sweet comments. Alittle about the picket fence. Our contractor who renovated the Inn, built the fence all by hand. I drew the design I wanted, and he cut picket by picket, then made each panel and then came over an installed it. They had it all painted before installing. He did a great job, however, I see paint and a paint brush in my future, as it is all solid wood.
ReplyDeleteI love that window box. I'm hoping to get me one this year. Thank God hubby is so handy. I really like that wall paper. A few of us ladies were talking about wall paper last night, lol
ReplyDeleteWOW...I am even MORE impressed with your beautiful fence now! SO many lovely places in your yard to sit and have a cup of tea.....or a glass of herbal ICED tea once summer hits!
ReplyDeleteLovely outdoors photos - like everyone else, I love the picket fence. There's something so 'homey' about white pickets.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!

I adore the fences and such lovely vignettes you have created in the garden!
Wonderful!!

Love the wallpaper, reminds me of what we had in our foyer of my parents house. We put it up in the 70's and it still looked good in 2002. Of course we bought it at Holts!
ReplyDeleteHi Robin! I have river rock edging the garden that borders my picket fence too. I love your hunting wallpaper! You know me, the horse lover!!
ReplyDeleteLove,
