I have been on a trip to see my daughter, who is living near Seattle. This is my second trip there, and we had a great time together.
Here is a little lunch spot we found the last time called, The Library. Such good food!
A breakfast spot called, Fonte'. Yes, that is dear daughter knitting at breakfast :)
Here was my breakfast. Steel cut oats, fruit, a croissant, and great coffee. MMMMMM!
Getting ready to chow down...
We checked out The Fairmont, where we would be having tea, the next day.
A peek into the tea room.
Here we are down by the market area. It was a lovely, sunny day for us :)
Our favorite spot, back at the hotel after a lot of walking around the city. Snacks and a yummy cocktail...
Our last day, and a past boyfriend of dear daughter, joined us for tea at The Fairmont Hotel, as he lives in Seattle, too. He was at our house for many years, so it is always good to see him :)

I loved my trip, but it is always good to be home, again!

ReplyDeleteYou were very close to where I live as I live just a bit north of Seattle and I am so happy that you had some nice weather. It hasn't been the nicest spring so far. It looks like your trip was a nice one.
